Outpatient Counseling

Our trained and competent counseling staff offers Perry County residents professional and confidential drug and alcohol services.

Assessments and Evaluations
We offer drug and alcohol assessment services and referrals to treatment. We provide evaluation services to individuals arrested under Pennsylvania's drunk driving laws.

PHS provides treatment to individuals struggling because of substance use. Counseling is also available to those who are suffering because of someone else's substance use. Target populations include individuals, couples, families, adolescents, pregnant women, women with children, and IV drug users.

Perry County Prison
Counseling is available for men incarcerated in Perry County Prison.

We offer help for parents/family members concerned about a family member's substance abuse. Meets the 2nd Monday of every month at 7:00 p.m. at the PHS office.

Accountability Works

Accountability Works Community Service Program, as a Juvenile Crime Reduction Program, is designed to provide community service opportunities (through local non-profit agencies, local community organizations or churches) for any delinquent or pre-delinquent youth in the county.
